q: How Do I Order Internationally?

We sell our products and special solutions direct to businesses worldwide. We are specialists in all kinds of transport boxes, custom foam interior, foam liners, storage products, etc., and can provide no-obligation advice on the choice of solution and product. We are experts in advanced solutions for industrial and military applications. Contact one of our salespeople by telephone or e-mail if you have any questions or would like more information.

You can order online and pay with a credit card without VAT. You can also place your order by mail or just call us. We offer up to 30 days’ credit (subject to approval).

 
q: Shipping Options And Timeframes For Orders:

We stock more than 13.000 cases so we can almost guarantee you that we have your case in stock! We ship all our international orders with UPS or a similar forwarder. In Europe, we normally deliver within 2-4 working days.

All items are usually in stock however if your item is currently unavailable you will be contacted within 24hours with the anticipated delivery date or you are free to cancel your order.

q: How Can I Change Or Cancel My Order?

Since our ultimate goal is to ship out customers’ orders as quickly as possible, there is only a small window of time when your order can be canceled. If you would like ot cancel or change your order please send a mail to sales@flightcases.dk or call us.

Unused items may be returned within 4 weeks using the returns form provided with the delivery note. We will email you when we receive your return. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment once the goods are received and checked.

q: How Can I Change Or Cancel My Order?

We live by satisfied customers and we are known for a very high level of service and flexibility. Regardless of how you have made your purchase via order or online and you regret your purchase of procured goods or self-produced goods, contact us immediately.

 

For goods we have initiated in our production, we can unfortunately not offer any kind of right of withdrawal. For procured goods that we have ordered from our subcontractor, there is no right of withdrawal

It is therefore important that you contact us as soon as you regret your purchase. By immediately we mean the same day you made your purchase.

The exchange of procured goods and self-produced goods is not possible.

q: Billing And Payment Options

We sell products and special solutions directly to companies and offer up to 30 days of credit (Requires credit approval).

For companies, you can pay by debit card or by invoice. You can also call 0045-3321 4444, or send your order by email. (Note against invoice it requires credit approval). All prices are without VAT and other taxes.

If you buy with a card, there is no card fee, handling fee, or anything else. Only a possible freight cost. Prices are daily prices.

If you buy online and want to buy with credit, then make a purchase and at check-out, choose payment by invoice. Then we will send the invoice by email to you.
